I just finished filling out a return warranty on my newly broken dark spyro figure on the activision support website, I was wondering if anyone knows how they will contact you about your item shipment and if there is a way to track the item? Should I be expecting a phone call from activision support or an email regarding my new dark spyro figure? Thanks guys!

I had asked them about a Stealth Elf figure, they never responded. (well, maybe because I asked for a Crystal one?)

If anyone has received a figure from activision support, how long did it take for it to come and how did they let you know it was coming?

Can you post a link to the page? I got a dud Slam Bam from the adventure pack on Amazon myself and I'd be keen to see about getting one that, well, works.

czs716, thanks for the help, if you don't mind me asking what did you tell them exactly in your complaint? I never asked for a new figure assuming they would understand I wanted a replacement, I just told them what was wrong with it. Also I know they need proof if its a legendary or an adventure pack item, but what about dark spyro, he doesn't fit into those categories does he?

^ Yes I believe so, is that the one where they ask you the model number, then your address, what was wrong with the figure, etc.
I only told them that after about a month the toy just stopped working and the portal said the figure could not be found,was that enough?
