Is Wave 2 released everywhere now? Today I went to Target, Game Stop, and Best Buy and all except Target had some of Wave Two. I thought it was only at TRU? So I got Sprocket today but I'm still confused...

TRU had first dibs, Last Monday. It takes like a few days, before they're released everywhere

TRU doesn't really get first dibs. They just put things out before street date. Yesterday I put out the Wave 2 figures at the Target store I work at. Each box of Giants had 6 giants, 2 of them being Hot Head. Then the Single pack boxes had a mix of Series 2 reposes and 1 of each of Sprocket and Flashwing. It really just depends on how quick your local store employees are with putting out new items. Since I am a Skylanders fan I always check in the back for the new Wave boxes when I hear about the next Wave officially being out.

Activision oversold pre-relese orders for wave 1. All initial orders were wave 1 figures but stores that upped their orders even before release date were unknowingly placated by wave 2 freight (in US only, the advantage of getting the game last). TRU never had an exclusive. TRU was simply the only company to apparently realize they had wave 2 figures in hand giving them an avantage to promote that fact and drive people into the store on two consecutive days. All freight being shipped out from activision is wave 2 and has been since before the 21st.

From what it seems near me (Cleveland, OH) all Target stores had Wave 2 in, some had strictly Wave 2 for singles (with a scattered amount of giants and LCs)

Yea, around here Wave 2 is slowly taking over. Kind of funny when ya think about it.
Wave 1 is slowly disappearing imma need to snag the series 2 figures from Wave 1 asap.
