I have been checking my S2 Gold Flameslinger preorder every day. Yesterday I checked it and it said not shipped yet delivery date 10/29 to11/1.

I checked today and it says item delivered with no tracking information.

Spent an hour trying to get an Amazon rep on the phone and was told that it was odd and I might be able to get the item refunded if I claimed it was a lost delivery due to no tracking information but was unlikely to be able to have another one shipped to me.

I can't be the only one in this position and I feel like Amazon is playing me in a dishonest manner.

The other day mine was showing the same thing not shipped with an expected delivery date. Yesterday when I went on there was no sign of it in my orders. It didn't show as shipped, canceled, or anything. It was just completely gone from my order section. So I am guessing they canceled it.

My guess is you have that screen set to show all orders in last 30 days. Switch it to view all orders made in last six months. Theoretically even if they canceled it something should be there.

This is exactly why I never pre-order ANYTHING from amazon. They are just too....unprofessional with orders. I dunno it does seem fishy to me that they'd do that.

I don't think ANYONE has gotten a Gold Flameslinger...is this even a real thing? Cus I recall someone stating somewhere here in the forums that they called amazon and they acted like they didn't have a clue as to what they were talking about. (Not sure if this is 100% true or not, but..)

Hopefully something will get done about it. Personally if it were me I'd be pretty ticked. I'd much rather have the figure as apposed to the refund.

I really don't think any of you guys should panic. As far as I understand, there hasn't been an official cancellation for the second round of preorders for Golden S2 Flameslinger. Remember, everyone who had their orders cancelled the first time around received a cancellation e-mail.

For what it is worth, I know for a fact that the page will still show up on their end because I've chatted with them before when an item was inaccessible on the consumer end and they were still able to see it. Now, if they do decide to cancel your order though, it will definitely be wiped from your purchase history and as far as I understand, there's nothing in the power of those who you can reach that will be done to help you. They could offer you a credit, but if you continually have CS issues with them, I've heard that they supposedly will ban you altogether, so I'd suggest not trying to raise a stink about it if they do happen to cancel your order.

For an exclusive such as this, there's nothing you can really do about it unless you'd want to purchase from a reseller.

ItsJustMe you were right I checked my orders for the past six months and it does still show up. I can't believe it has already been over 30 days since I preordered it. It still shows as not yet shipped with an estimated delivery date of October 25th - October 29th. It is already the 30th so who knows when they are going to actually fill the orders.

Ugh.. let's hope they actually ship, unlike the preorders of S:SA figures from Walmart a year ago..

Mine still shows not yet shipped. I couldnt find it under all orders, but was under open orders.

Alright, Supposedly according to Amazon there records say they shipped him to me on Oct 5. There is no tracking data. They have allowed me to reorder the item. At this point in time they have not recieved there order for the character from TFB. I have an estimeated arrival date for them by the end of Nov. I was told they do still expect these to ship but it is based on the suppliers ability to provide the item. This seems like a giant mess.

Sykotek: There policy is that if you have more than three returns in a calendar six months they can temporarily suspend your account for ninety days and often will. This policy is distanced from actual company complaints likely for legal reasons.

I finally got the email from Amazon asking me to agree to extend the delivery date.

Folks, please don't panic if/when you get this as you have over a month to respond and simply confirming means your order stands.

For the record, the anticipated date is now Dec 15 on my order.

Oddly, mine still isn't showing an estimated delivery date...

Golden S2 Flameslinger is back in my unshipped orders and has the arrival date of Dec 15th. Amazon also gave me a $20 credit.

The confusion I had with amazon is they recieved 600 figures and shipped them out Tues. Apparently their were several orders still pending being filled when they ran out including my own causing my issue.

If they had recieve one more case I would have one by tommorow at the latest.

Amazon plans on filling all orders in this batch but expects their to be a wait. They believe they will get another order of 50 cases two more times before Christmas to fill existing orders.

Expect these things to start skyrocketing in price on ebay

edit: reread my email from amazon they expected to have 600 in stock this round. Due to unexplained issues in supply the majority of these figures were misplaced Unfortunatly this included my single figure.

There is no word onhow many of the 600 were shipped to paying customers

I hope one of them was Xerokills, he is going to get me one, since I couldnt get Goldy when he was available.

Is anyone going to have an extra of these they're willing to sell for a non-outrageous price? I got in on the first round of orders and it looks like I'm going to get screwed. I'm not paying $100 on eBay. I love that this is what I get for being an Amazon buyer for 11 years. I've helped quite a few people on this forum. Thanks for any help anyone can give...

Really upset that I missed out on this one. :/ Amazon has been terrible.
