Do we need all 8 Giants to make the game 100%? [CLOSED]

I have all 32 series 1 and I will only get the 8 new Skyalnders. I won't be getting any Giants because they're so too expensive.

No, you only need a character of every element (can be a Giant if you want) and a Giant.

It's still Ambassador. Now only orange base Skylanders count to it though.

Wow. That sucks.... I was hoping i'd be some other cool name! I'm planning on getting 4/8 Giants and 4/8 Newlanders to be able to get that...

I am getting all the giants and newlanders. Just not all at once. I want all of them so I will buy all of them.

There are only 4 Giants that I want.... And 4 Newlanders. Weirdly enough, in those 8 are all the elements...
