christopherpm has a pic with the 2 side by side. It looks like besides the lipstick, the red/purple lip'd Chill has her helmet on too far down and has her javelins slightly sideways, compared to the looser helemeted blue lipstick'd Chill. (who also has her javelin straight horizontally)

I think those spear and javelin changes aren't Cherry specific. I've seen tons of both variants of Warnado- the more cloudy tornado and more clear tornado- in many different poses.

My Chill is purple lipped, but her helmet is loose like the blue-lipped one. Her javelin is different, though.

i just went to my TRU and they had 2 pink lipped chills!! I bought one since the one I got in my 3 pack had the regular blue lips... are they still producing them this way?

Hmmmm, I just looked after reading the "lower helmet" comment and remembering one of my boys' was like that. Sure enough, one normal blue lipstick Chill and one lower helmet, purple-pink lipstick Chill:
