In my experiences, my Chill always dies, and she is three level stronger then my Fright Rider. I like fright better, but Chill is also good. I vote for fright.

Get who you like. Chill makes a more solid case for being the best in her element, but then again, it's not Fright Rider's fault he has to coexist with S2 Hex.
