Was wondering if anyone had heard of any release info regarding Wave 3 release. Since Wave 2 is everywhere and in abundance from what I have seen, I am guessing around Black Friday especially since TRU is going to have Legendary Stealth Elf on the 22nd of Nov, I figure that Wave 3 may accompany her. Really looking forward to Hot Dog, Thumpback, Eyebrawl and Ninjini. Also interested in the 3 new Light Core, LC Chill, LC Shroom Boom and LC Pop Fizz. Hope some of these are in Wave 3. Any one heard anything? Anxious to hear. Happy Hunting.

wave 2 is actually not that common. It was just by pure luck that i happened upon my series 2 figures. Tru isnt doing a very good job at restocking them and the release date for them is in little under a month at other stores. i would have to guess wave 3 will b late december or early january, kinda like last year

Mmmm...I'd have to say it'd make sense for it to come out then, but that leaves us in a predicament for next year. Are they really gonna try to spread 2 waves out over almost 10 months? (surely, Skylanders 3 will be out the same time next year)

they might do the last wave later? idk, i honestly dont think they can stretch it too far without making the masses mad, so they should probably reign it in a little

Interesting. The other reason I think we may see Wave 3 in November, is there are listings on Amazon 3rd party sellers, for Hot Dog, which says will ship Late November, Ninjini which says it will ship Early December, Thumpback which says will ship mid to late November, and maybe some others these are just the ones I have seen and what prompted me to ask the question. Really hoping we at least see all the new Characters before Christmas that would be awesome. Again, Thanks and Happy Hunting!

At TRU today a worker told a lady that they had eye brawl, ninjini and thumpback earlier this morning, he obviously was lying.......................or was he???

Just keep checking eBay for any characters that haven't been released yet.
We know scalpers will start putting the up a week or two before they're officially released, so that should give us plenty of warning... T_T

Saw a scalper on EBay this morning with a pre-order for Thumpback says the "official Release" is December 3rd. I am not familiar with the accuracy of the scalpers on their dates, as I get all my info from this site. Can anyone say how accurate their dates are and where do they get these alleged "official dates" before anyone else? Interesting though if that is the date, we may see Wave 3 and 4 before Christmas that would be awesome.

He may not have been lying. Ive noticed waves in SA were on shelves WAYYYY earlier than they were supposed to be. Even my Wal*marts here in town are stocked with Wave 2. My bet is that every now-and-then a case of future waves accidentally slips through processing and makes it way to the stores by accident

A scalper put a Hot Head on eBay about a week before the street date.

If other TRU are like mine, the reason we can't get more of wave 2 is because we are overstocked, and way over stocked, on wave 1. I would guess we have atleast 100 cases of wave 1 crap that isn't selling. We also have about 50 cases of original game crap that isn't selling either.

So, unless we can move 25 cases of this shiz, we won't get any more wave 2 in.
