Wouldn't it seem legit if we found giants first? If they came before the skylanders?

The idea in the story was that Kaos woke the Giants when he returned to Skylands. It's not ever explained, but that was the intention.

The Giants re-awakened when Kaos travelled back to Skylands,it was most likely the blast of electricity that woke them up
