You need the Dragon Engine in order to do it. Have it on equipped on your ship, then walk of the edge to the south outside.

Heh. I noticed it when you fly around the ship after changing something on it. You can see Hatterson jumping up and down.

Although, I was surprised- he has a big selection of hats, but there's never any more, even after you beat the game. Wish there would have been more though.

Then I can get this Helm only in Nightmare Mode? I already finish chapter 7 in Nightmare its extremly hard with only 2-3 good leveled Skylanders.

I saw that door, but considering you never went there in the story I thought nothing of it.
Now I saw this thread and finally clicked the Spoilers, I had Dragon Engine and everything, but I didn't have it on...
Never would have put it on but I'm still disappointed I ruined the discovery for myself lol.
