NOT Lightcore Hex [CLOSED]

For those that are getting their tru orders that claimed to include lightcore Hex.
My shipment has a second lightcore Eruptor.

So, be careful you may get a duplicate figure.
Post here either way to let us know.

Well, then I will be taking it back to the store and asking for a refund, plus shipping costs, since it's not my fault they couldn't send the right item.

If anything I should have gotten Lightcore Jet Vac since he's the next one out.
So I'll just return.

Mine arrived today and was also LC Eruptor. It stinks because now my LC Hex preorder has been filled as far as their site is concerned.

Definitely contact the retailer after reviewing your receipt to see what was pre-ordered. See what their policy states when a pre-order runs out of stock. They will either be able to provide you with a new shipment for the LC Hex or explain their policy as to why it was for a LC Eruptor instead.

Hex shows as cancelled in the order. Erupter, Prism Break and Drobot should arrive today. Jet-Vac shows as "located in stock" The rest are back ordered.
