So what do you like better the Insomniac era or the Legend era?

Insomniac, but that means I will NOT begrudge the Legend arc as it seems to be the best thing to happen since the original developer's departure.

I played only GTG/RR and YOTD (but disc crack), But I think Legend era is better. Why? Look at Graphics!

Well GTG and YOTD came out during the late 90s so you can't really expect anything from the graphics, so in other words you fail at posting up a good point.

Anyways Insomiac all they way, IMO there the Pixar of the gaming world.

As in story and setting,I say Krome.
As in gameplay,I say Insomniac.

It's hard for me to decide which I like better.

I love both old and new Spyro. What I really hate is that it is the end of both of them. Like Mewnaphy said I like the gameplay and puzzles of Insomniac but I love Story and setting of the new Spyro games.
Of course Cynder is in the legend era and I like how Sierra reimagined the characters too.

Conclusion

Insomniac - Best gameplay, best music, best innovation and best creativity.

Krome/ES - Best graphics, best story and best character development .

Overall both series hav there flaws but Spyro has not been good since his PS1 days IMO.

I always thought liked the legend series music WAY more than t
he Original's music. Legend's music is beautiful, creative, and sets the mood of the game

perfectly. The Original's music is good for that type of game and does have
a lot of creativity but I dunno that kind of music never suited me. Whatever
genre it is. Everything else I totally agree with you.
@Lover of Spyro I always like David Spade better than Billy West. He always had the one-of-a-kind-voice for him that I thought worked perfectly
on him. I wonder what the new commer Wayne Brady will do. Not to
mention Christinna Ricci. I wonder how well she will voice Cynder
too.

Agree He is my fav!

I'm still unsure about David Spade - he seems to feel as if he didn't put any effort into his role, which was something that West DID do.

True, most of the the time he just sounded bored.

I always thought that David Spade did I good job really enhancing Sparx's personality in ANB- Sarcastic, funny, even a little bored but I believed that was Sparx's personality and I always enjoyed it.

I prefer Krome/EL, but I do love Insomniacs games.

I do love the classics because of all the levels and collectables, but Krome/EL do have much better characters and the graphics in them are, how to put it simply, AMAZING.

I don't really compare games by graphics. It is especially pointless to compare those games graphics when they are what ten years appart? For all we know Spyro the Dragon could have the best graphics then.

I like both era's. Both for there gameplay storyline and creativity. They both are awesome unique games and I don't blame anyone if they can't choose.
