Skylanders Giants Strategy Guide [CLOSED]

Has anyone gotten the Giants strategy guide yet? Just wondering as to why there is the 4 expansion levels from the first game, Empire of Ice, Pirate Seas, Darklight Crypt, and Dragon's Peak, listed at the end of the strategy guide? Is there not going to be any new expansion levels this time around? I do realize that each of these 4 levels can be used in the Giants game.

There are no new adventure packs for Giants, this was confirmed a while ago.
