Do the Series 2 characters have their Wow Pow abilities in the 3DS game? [CLOSED]

I've noticed that they do not. I checked the upgrades/moveset screen, and shows nothing about there being a Wow-Pow.

I've noticed that too! So there's no point in buying Series 2 if you only have the 3DS version? I'll have to wait until the Wii U.

3DS is even more crappy this time. LightCore does not work, no Wow Pows, and the game itself is crappy. (Game review from Nibelilt)

Actually, I never tried the Series 2/LightCore in the new 3DS version. I just decided to focus on playing the new characters. But I ASSUME there's no difference since characters only get upgrades by leveling up.

I get the impression now I may be wrong- tried out Ignitor and his S2 also bought up flame wisps with the Soul. Haven't tested S1 but I doubt this was added willy milky and it's not a level upgrade cause he was at 9.
