Stupid glitch [CLOSED]

So im playing the aerial attack level in giants and when I get to the wind elemental zone, after the first gate opens and when you teleport to the second island, I get stuck in the ground! It doesn't matter who I use even my giants get stuck, help me!!!! And plz tell me where the soul gem is in the level I can't find it!

The soul gem is in the air gate, just a jump or two after the second gate is dropped.

wat bugs me on the wii is that whenever i turn on skylanders giants the portal is always messed up so i always have to reset it a couple of times

I'm having this same problem but on PS3. I've tried every wind skylander I have and still no luck.

I had a hard time with that too... I'd keep trying, as it "unbroke" for me third try. It's only an elemental zone.
