My bouncer doesnt light up in the middle of the portal [CLOSED]

i took a video of it and compared to swarm working perfect. do you guys think this is worth taking it back? I tried it before i opened it in the package and it didnt even work. so i had to open it.

Is it an old portal or a new one? If it's old, the old ones suck at lights. If it's new, you should take it back.

I'm playing on xbox360 and i'm using the new portal since i had the ps3 version for the first game
