Clone ambushes [CLOSED]

I saw lots of videos showing evil clones (sunburn stealth elf etc.) appear in the levels. How many clone ambushes are in the game and which levels are they in with which characters?

All I know is in one of the early area's, in Quigley's Grotto, after you go further into the Elemental Gate, twin Dark Stealth Elfs attack you.
