I was able to get everything I was looking for, except for the Wave 2 Three packs. I asked the TRU employee and he didn't know. Anyone else have any luck?

FYI, although TRU advertised wave 2, they didn't put a lot out for the morning. If you go and don't see what you are looking for, ask them to look in the back. It looks like they had a bunch in the back.

I saw the Sprocket Triple on eBay so the stores are at least getting it for sure.

I did not see the 3-packs either.
I did manage to get one of everything from wave 2, but like you stated, the display itself ran out of the big ones (Hot Head, Flashwing, Sprocket, LC Jet-Vac) pretty fast, but they had a whole pile of boxes in the electronics department that they were more than happy to crack open to get everyone what they needed.
I gotta give TRU credit though, after the fiasco of the way they handled the figures last game (which was partially not their fault due to how many were actually being produced, but still mostly their fault... lol) they are hitting it out of the park this time, having plenty on hand at release time so pretty much everyone gets what they want.
The ONLY thing I could suggest of them would be that they implement a "no duplicates" rule to keep people from buying out certain figures for evilbay or some such, as I did see people grabbing more than one of certain ones (especially Hot Head), but not enough to make me really wonder if they were scalper types...

I want to bump this. Anyone that went to TRU today...did you see the Wave 2 triple packs?

I did not see wave 2 3-packs or giants, but I got there in the evening.

I didn't see any wave 2 triples, nor Sproket, Flashwing or Hothead. Very unfortunate.

No wave 2 triples and no Lightcore Jet-Vac either :[

I saw wave 2 at t r u and Walmart. The wave 2 triple packs were not available at either store. I went ahead and bought the singles at toys r us, they had them on sale for buy 1 get one 40% off = 47.94 for the six figures. Two triple packs would have been 39.89 if they get them during the sale or 49.98 if the sale is over.

My TRU did not have anything put out for Wave 2. :/

3 TRU, no wave 2 triple packs.

I went yesterday around 1130. supposedly they had 6 people knocking down the doors to wipe out the first few figures of wave 2. but when i arrived at 1130 the girl in electronics was crackin open some new boxes that had do not open until monday 10/22 stickers on them. she was very nice and let me grab whatever i wanted. so i got hothead, lightcore jet vac, sprocket, and flashwing.

glad they did it that way. hopefully some kids got out of school and were able to snag a few of wave 2

The tru I werk for didn't get 3packs. We opened 5 cases of wave 2, shelved them ( including a rock whirly so don't accuse us of cherry picking these things! ) and sold out fast. Definatly ask @ tru for more in back. We got close to 20 cases in. I think during the day I opened 3 cases as well.

I was one of the first into TRU yesterday and there was no 3 packs. They also only got one box of Wave 2 figures and have nothing in the back (not even wave 1). Your all lucky that your stores got in multiple boxes of them.

Just wanted to let everyone know, Toys R Us in Maryland got them in. I went to 2 stores. One did not have it, but the other did. Good luck all. I bet they will be on shelves Friday. The box they were in says they were shipped form California on Monday. Fedex express saver.

I found the new 3 packs at Target yesterday. I grabbed the Sprocket/Stump Smash/Sonic Boom pack because I needed 2/3 figures. I was almost tempted to buy the other one for Double Trouble but I'll just wait for the single to show up.

No wave 2's here in Missouri at all. Went to 3 toysrus and 2 Targets and nothing but did mange to grab the last Granite Crusher they had so it paid off.
