Has anyone found or heard any legitimate information about wave 2 being at toys r us on monday?

Earlier today I went to a local TRU store and had asked two TRU employees if they are going to have wave 2 and they said that they will have wave 2 tomorrow

were they trust worthy people who knew what they were talking about?

Yes. Today I picked up wave 1 and my buddy said that Monday be here early for wave 2. They only have limited numbers.

So i'm assuming everyone that preordered flashwing and sprocket on tru.com should get a shipping confirmation email tomorrow?

Mine had them today too.. not many only about three each. Got hothead, sprocket and flashwing today. Hotheads flame on top his head lights up, and as far as I can tell... that is the only thing that lights up....

Anyone know if online preorders get first dibs?

You're lucky you got more than just Hothead. I went to TRU in Paramus, NJ this morning, and they only had Hothead. I explained to the manager that an email went out last night saying that wave 2 would be available on 10/23, and he pointed me to the SERIES 2 figs. After explaining the difference between "series" and "wave" to him, he said that they didn't get those in. I was the first on line and went right to the table they had set up, so I know nobody beat me to Flashwing and Sprocket. Also, the store is not open on Sunday due to local "blue laws", so I know they were not put out for sale yesterday. I sent an email to TRU customer service asking why they would not make sure that their stores have product if they are going to send an emial like that out, but I'm sure it will get me nowhere.

I think the manager was being difficult. The TRU I went to didn't have them on the shelves this morning either, but an employee brought out boxes that had the wave 2 figures. As she opened the boxes, she gave us the ones that we (myself and 2 other people) wanted. The manager in NJ just didn't want to be bothered with the Skylanders "nonsense" and that's why he gave you such a brush off answer.
