Hmm, then it would tough to make a sequel. I don't see any other way to leave the game on a cliffhanger.

Malefor never would have taken over, he would just keep trying to escape, but get foiled by Spyro and they would never get the chance to defeat him for good.

What I actually meant was if Spyro never got weakened and they left the Well of Souls. But you all have good points.

They would find a place to escape and to get out of there, then they would go on an other adventure to look for malefor and stop him!
