Spyro awoke in a dark room. The terrible smell of oil and smoke filled his nose. Spyro gagged. He felt the sensation he was moving up, but to where? Spyro slumped against the oily wall of this contraption-elevator he assumed and frowned. "What's going on? Stop this elevator right now!" Spyro said. But it was no use.

An hour later, the shifting stopped. Spyro jumped. A blood-curdling noise came from above. Spyro clenched his teeth. The doors were moving! Hands flooded in, and Spyro was shocked. The hands finally got the doors open, and he heard voices. He overheard a women speaking. "What is he doing here?" Then Spyro heard a gurgle. It was a man. " We should probably tell the others, Chill. " Spyro heard a ripping noise. " No! We should hurt him! Hurt him good. " Spyro got scared as a hand reached in. " Calm down, Pop Fizz! We need him. " The hand was pulled up. " Fine have it your way. Keep the hostage alive." Spyro jumped. He saw a tiny elf-looking creature and a drunk blue gremlin. The gremlin's eyes were red. The elf spoke. " Hello, there. A real dragon! " She whispered to the gremlin.
"He's here to help! Don't hurt him. " Then she looked at Spyro. " Sorry, I didn't introduce us properly. You must be really confused. " She giggled. " Hi, I'm Chill, and this is Pop Fizz, the alchemist, as you can see." "Pleasure to meet you." Spyro said. " Now, where exactly are we?" Chill looked at Spyro. "Don't you know? We're in the Skylander refugee camp. Kaos was defeated, but he escaped, and then another took his place.Ratonomaken has taken over Skylands."

"I was flying. There was a 'BOOM' and I saw a cannonball hurdling towards me. I thought of moving, but I was paralyzed with fear. It hit me. I was in emmense pain. But I didn't know what that was...yet.
Then I crashed down to the ground. The whole Earth shook, and I barely saw a dragon in front of me. Strange enough, he was without wings. I could tell he was a Skylander. "Sky---" I could barely get the words out. He picked me up and put me on his back. If I could recall his name,it was Bash. Bash took me here." Flashwing sobbed. "He brought me here, before he-" She cried. "Dissapered. Can you help me? " Eon looked a Flashwing, then stood up. "I will find your friend and the rest of the Skylanders who have gone missing. Would you like to come with me Skylander? " Flashwing looked puzzled. "Skylander? You've never called me that before. I kinda like it. It's a deal, Portal master!"
