Unfortunately, I just received back order notices on 8 of the 10 characters I pre-ordered. What is up with that, TRUs?

Anyone get any emails regarding the "guaranteed Giant" for the Giants game starter pack pre-order from TRU? I got a confirmation of the starter pack shipping but no email about a Giant figure... :-\

There is a promotion for the bogo and free shipping.
So, I did that, and will be returning my preorders once they come in.

Not buying 4 of each character this time around.
