Question about Heroic Challenges! [CLOSED]

With only Series 2, New, and Giants having heroics unlocked (not sure about LC), there are some Heroics that need to be bought.
As well as that, some Skylanders (such as Cynder) receive new Heroics, leading you to have to buy the old ones.

My Question:
Does anyone know in which levels you can buy them, and for what price?
