Game error while playing. [CLOSED]

I played a bit Giants today, and in Stage 3 the music playes wrong at some point. It stucks and sound false. No big problem, but as I try to change the Skylander in the game, nothing happen anymore. The Portal tells me to put a Skylanders on it, but it reads only the Element and the Skylanders does not appear anymore.

So when the music don't play correctly anymore, better don't change the Skylanders or the game freezes and only Reset helps.
Only good things, alle Items were saved from this Stage, which I already got. But I must restart it.
