The meteor does at least 100 damage, it doesn't have to be fully charged to do that much damage either!

NICE! Hey Egonaut, I do recall that when Tashiji explained Hex's Wow Pow, that Shade Master went to A Tier, but in the Tier list, Shade Master S2 is in B Tier! Did I miss something? I was just a little confused...

We readjusted her to B after populating A a little bit more. The Wow Pow is still highly effective, but the current A-tier, by and large, is able to interrupt her reliably. The charge time bonus and instant bone walls of Bone Crafter, as well as the extra damage of the troll skulls for the skull servant, really do make two tiers of difference.

Yeah, and of course her damage is a bit too high for the current C tier, and is enough to keep her out of the tier(C) that her S1 counterpart is in. Although I do think that Shade master is actually a rather underrated path.

Ah, I probably just missed that. It makes sense. By any chance, do you know how much damage it does on Shade Master? And @MrMorrisses ( I forget how to spell it! Sorry!) I agree with you, in that Shade Master is a rather underrated path. Long Distance Orbs Really Help, and each one does 16 damage, but she throws two orbs at once, which means 32 damage. It is highly spammable, and rather surprisingly long ranged. Originally, that is what my Hex was on, until I switched over to Bone Crafter. Very underrated. Although, I must admit, it is better for Story Mode. Her paths are opposites. Bone Crafter=PvP Shade Master=Story Mode.

EDIT: I may just be overthinking things, or just I am unsure of this, but if Zook's Wow Pow allows him to shoot Mortars faster and more accurately than before, with the "Mortar of Life" upgrade, can't you just spread damaging cacti all over the field, knocking back and annoying your enemy? I agree with Zook S1 being in A Tier, but with S2 Zook's Wow Pow, what was the reason for him in A Tier? I'm not recommending we move him Straight to S Tier, but I was just wondering the reason for him in A Tier.

And I must say, I got the Chop Chop/Shroomboom Adventure Pack, and after some testing with Shroomboom, I must say he is much more powerful and useful than I expected! His Self-Slingshot does (I believe) 131 damage! That's amazing! And his super mushroom, which takes little to no time to charge at all, does around 70-76 damage, at least on Paramushroom Promotion. Very powerful, but needs some strategy to use effectively. Very impressed.

EDIT 2: Sorry about the double edit... but this is quite random, should I buy S2 Hex, S2 Slam Bam, S2 Zap, or Royal Double Trouble, if I already have S1 Double Trouble and S1 Hex? PLEASE help!!!!

I also think that if we are going to move S2 Eruptor up, for having a fine ranged attack and a powerful close range attack, we should also move S2 Typhoon titan L Rod up. He functions the same way: close in on them by zapping them repetitively with his big bolt, and then get up to use your super powerful zapper field.

That seems right. He has a close ranged attack (and a rather good one in my opinion.) A decent mid-range attack, and a... somewhat-okay projectile/long ranged attack (although is could use a nice damage increase IMO.) The only Fire skylanders in B Tier are Burning Bow-Wow Hot Dog, Sunburn Flame Lord, and Ignitor S2 Blademaster! Also, we have both S1 Bash paths in B Tier, along with Flashwing! So he does have an elemental advantage against some of B Tier!

Yeah, S2 Typhoon titian L Rod should be moved up he has a nice damage output and if someone even gets close to him he can use that zapper field.

I think Drobot's Wow Pow will bump Master Blaster Back up to S Tier. Whadda ya guys think? And definitely it will bump up Clockwork Dragon at least to A Tier. Or maybe not... we'll have to wait to find out!

Clockwork dragon might end up being better than Master Blaster for S2 Drobot, depending on the power of the supreme bladegear...

WAIT! Drobot is one of the few characters who is worse on one console than the other. On the Ps3, he is near unbeatable, as when in hover mode, he automatically rotates to shoot at enemies like a turret. He does NOT do this in the Wii version, however (unknown with others)!

This is what I think of Drobot:A great charecter , but his gameplay is lame and boring.

Yeah. Sprocket is a fun character, but her turrets take a little while to build and with a limit of only two she's quite venerable.

Agreed. At least B. But I don't think Lightning Rod will make it in A Tier! With Volcanor S2 moving up to A Tier, he has basically the same build as Typhoon Titan. I think B Tier will be his highest tier.

The majority has spoken in regards to S2 Lightning Rod / Typhoon Titan: This is a last call for any reasoned objections against him being moved up to B Tier before I do so!

This was an old post, and I'm sure someone probably stated this before, but on the PS3 (I think, not 100% sure though which console it is) While in Hover Mode, Drobot rotates like a turret and shoots his lasers at enemies, making him MUCH more useful in PvP. And if your playing against a small skylander, it picks them up and swirls them around, giving you time to escape. I don't think he should go higher than D Tier, but I personally think he is D Tier. Please give me a reason for him in E. Just wondering!

For the heck of it, I've just gone through the tiers and organised all of the Skylanders listed in each so that they are grouped by element and the elements are listed in the following order: Magic > Tech > Fire > Water > Earth > Air > Life > Undead
Within each element group, Skylanders are listed as follows: Original Skylanders > Newlanders > Giants

Does anyone know off the top of their head how much damage Blademaster Ignitor does with the simple A sword attack? Wdrumz's video shows 40 damage per swipe, but everyone says he sucks on Blademaster? I'm confused.....

Yes it does do 40. I do think Blademaster is slightly underrated actually.

It is. i've done both paths. For PvP and story, blademaster is better. Generic, like Ninjini, but better.

^ Eh no, Soul of the Flame is better for both Story and PvP. Because if you get in close range, you can shoot ALL 3 flame mortars at your opponent and deal 150 damage, spamming it I may add. This pretty much just defeats the purpose of even having his sword, like Chop Chop on Undead Defender.

Blademaster only focuses on Short Range, Soul of the Flame is best for all range (only problem is in long range, it has a limited range wand won't last too long).

Well, It might be that Voodood has a higher dps.

I agree. Blademaster is much better at story then SoTF. Its not even close. The fast sword ticks, the nice AOE combos, and the high damage make him awesome.

Yeah, Blademaster is a great path because his sword is pretty fast and can deal a ton of damage if the oppent is not careful.

I find he gets more use out of his various sword attacks and combos against the story mode enemies, whereas Soul of the Flame in story mode often has his uninhabited suit of armour exploited whilst his fire spirit is out burning things (Though that could just me being bad at using Soul of the Flame).

In PvP, Blademaster's falls foul of Ignitor's weaknesses: His low health, and his lack of mobility. Ignitor has no movement abilities to give him agility around the battlefield unlike most other high-tier melee characters such as Voodood. This means that Blademaster has to contend with taking hits that some other melee characters would have been able to avoid. This isn't good considering Ignitor's low health. The end result for Blademaster in PvP is that he's a bit like a melee version of Trigger Happy.

Yes, yes, of course I know SotF is better in PvP by a longshot! I was just curious because I thought his Sword did decent damage compared to other melees, such as Vampiric Warrior Chop Chop. But I forgot about his mediocre speed and health. All makes sense to me now!
