Confused about Collection [CLOSED]

I got all my old figures out to register them, but it turns out none of them will show in the Collection, even the non-reposed. Is this an issue with my game or is it intentional and only Series Two and new characters are supposed to register?

You have to take ownership of each series 1 skylander by pressing select (ps3) and press on manage and then press on ownership

I did this in my game but only some have shown I have seperate entries for Series 1 and 2 Cynder but not Chop Chop I have taken ownership of them all. I probably try again later. My sidekicks show up though.

I rather keep my S1 skylanders ownership the way it is, would this effect anything other then the "completion menu" ?

also, what do Glow Cynder and Glow Fright Rider show up as in the collection menu? (at this point i have no idea how that list works or looks like)

You just won't get the extra elemental power boost if you don't own them.

Please remember the the games does not re-check a fig when you put it on so you can fool it and the fig can be "owned" by multiple games. This is how even in S:SA someone could loan their fig to a friend to get an elemental bonus without it affecting their own game.

I literally never used the Ownership thing in the original so I actually forgot about it in this game... How embarrassing...

so if i register all my S1 figs over to the new game, but then decide to play the old game again, the old game would never know and everything would be just the same?
so that means it only checks ownership on a reset then?

i bought at least 9 of my figures second hand, so i figured out the ownership thing right away in sylander adventures
