O.K. in the summary it reads that Cynder will have the powers: Wind, Poison, Fear, and Shadow. But I thought only the purple dragon could know more then one type of ability?

It's possible that Spyro could learn these four types of moves in the future. It would be nice to play as a dragon who could learn more than just 4 elements. Maybe Cynder could teach them to him.

To tell you the truth I just think Sierra wanted you to get stuck with one element while playing as her.

That is if they are elements. Those powers aren't elements.

But those powers aren't elements. Only purple dragons can do elements.

Huh then how does the DM weild them?

The Dark Master is a purple dragon.

Maybe they will try to make Cynders powers all in one.

Well cynder would have earned those abitlites as a dark dragon. She probably finds them again in the start!

im confused caz when u was fighting her in a new begging she never used theses sort of breaths she was just breathing fire all the time.

She only has one element which would be wind, and those others might just be adjuncts to it.
Really, it wouldn't be fair to give Spyro more powers, because whoever played as Cynder would have a disadvantage.

I really don't think if she's missing in action in the next game, that sales would decrease. Cynder being playable is not really the reason this game is going to affect sales. It's because of it's good quality, evolved gameplay, and overall presentation.

And if Co-op were to be featured in every other Spyro game from now on, I think it would eventually become a tired feature. Future games for the most part could have you play as just Spyro (as with most Spyro games). Even if Cynder becomes a playable character again, it may not happen for a very long time, and if she does, it wouldn't necessarily mean that co-op will return as well. Dragon Time, which was a major ability in The Eternal Night, will not be in this game and who knows if Dark Spyro will ever come back.

But anyway, that's just what I believe.

Who knows with DotD? Cynder could become a very important and popular character. She already seems to be an important character to Sierra. They said that the story will revolve around Spyro's destiny AND Cynder's redemtion. (And of course you know Malefor and Sparx will be in it too.)A lot of people have had many fan fics and have drawed pictures of her (take Razzek for example) Fan obviously love her too.

I think she may be the second most popular Spyro character besides Spyro of course.

I just hope Spyro is still the focus of the story.

Well, I just think everyone including Cynder should be supporting characters while Spyro is the one to control. But an opinion is an opinion, I guess.
