This thread is to offer Irish posters the chance to obtain a current set of Giants Legendaries without paying more than retail and not having to pay rediculous postage prices. This could possibly be seen as selling, but please do bare in mind before you report this thread that the Republic of Ireland has no Toys R Us stores and no way to affordable obtain these figures. I am giving up my time and hand luggage space to allow other users to get figures.

Anyway I am planning a trip to Dublin to visit the Gamer's World Pokemon League and I wanted to know if anyone from Ireland would like a TRU legendary Skylanders pick up run before I go over. To minimise the stupidity of An Post/Royal Fail I will only do a COLLECT IN PERSON either during the day or at the aforementioned Pokemon League.

The League is on Tuesday evenings so I will be planning to go on a Tuesday, I have no booked any thing yet - just seeing who wants what!

I would have just PMed other Irish users, but I can't keep track of everyone!

Question.Are these the originals or the new legendarys

Well it really depends if I am aloud to go yo Dublin since I live in Kildare but I am looking for the L-Triple pack

The Giants one or the Spyro's Adventure one? Find out if you can come, if not see if you can get a friend or relative to come up. If no one shows up on your behalf I will bring back the pack/s and return them to TRU. The earliest I can go to Dublin is the 30th of this month, if I don't make that it will be the 6th November

I'll be interested in any of the Giants Legendary figures. I'm only aware of the L Bouncer being released on the 19th.

L Chill
L triple - Jet Vac, Slam Bam & Ignitor

There's three elements not accounted for in the Legendaries, Earth, undead and fire. I wonder if they'll release them?

Any other variant that comes out in th UK.

from what I can gather L-Bouncer is out on launch with the Giants L-Triple Pack available online T the end of the month. TRU are rather useless with information anyway, so my gut says they'll have the Giants Legendaries in store on Friday. I'll pop you down for all the Giants Legendaries I can find on Friday/Saturday and PM you to confirm what I have for you

I already PMed another user about the prices so to be fair to all I will pop them up here too:

So going by XE's currency converter the prices from the TRU website would be:
L-Bouncer £17/€21
L-Triple Pack (SA) £20/€25 (if it is available)
L-Triple Pack (Giants) £27€33 (if it is available)
L-Trigger Happy £8/€10

For simplicity purposes I have either rounded up or down to the nearest £/€ so I may loose out or slightly gain a few pence on certain packs.

I will be doing my first pick ups on Friday followed by another round on (this) Saturday. I will assume I can only get two packs styles per run. The first run will contain one Legendary set for myself, I hope you will understand

Edit: The TRU website updated with the price of the Giants L-Triple pack, an eye watering £27 ~_~

I'll try to get the legendary triple and bouncer on the TRU website. They should be up soon. I'll let you know if I can't order them Buzz.

Unless you let me know differently by Friday evening I will assume you have L-Bouncer and the Giants L-Triple pack. Should I come across L-Stealth Elf I will get her for you.

Thanks Buzz. I don't want to mess you around, but I think the shops will have plenty of stock for the normal figures. TRU, I'm not so sure with the legendaries.

If I need them I'll let you know.

Edit: L Bouncer and L Triple Ordered. No Restrictions. May have plenty of stock or they forgot, same as last time. No sign of L Stealth Elf.
