My picks

Nickelodean
Since The Beginning Trailer and the Tall Tales trailer were shown on Nickelodean, I wouldn't be surprised if Activision partnered with good ol Nick to have a skylanders animated series on their channel. With action/adventure shows like Kung Fu Panda, TMNT, and The Legend of Korra; Skylanders would be a cool line up to their saturday morning shows.

The Hub/Huboom
The Hub would also be a great channel for skylanders since a majority of the fans would like to see skylanders right next to Transformers, MLP, Kaijudo, SHS, and other shows on the Hub. And there could more merchandise if Activision partnered up with Hasbro.

Web Series
A web series would be cool to. It allows more creative freedom and no rush in production to make webisodes.

I think there's positives and negatives to a few different channels:

Nick: Like you said, they seem to have a good standing with Skylanders. I believe I heard that Angry Birds was coming to Nick or something like this. Nick would probably the only main cable network that I can see them going to though.

Hub: They've definitely got the whole toy line stuff, but noticeably, most of the shows are all of Hasbro branded toys. While Skylanders isn't really in direct competition with Hasbro, it IS something that people are vying for, which could detract away from their own lines.

Cartoon Network. CN just picked up the How To Train Your Dragon show, as well as the ...Annoying Orange. It seems to me that CN has some ideas and with their live action junk crashing harder than Amanda Byne's career, they may give them a chance. Expect them to air the last few eps of the season at 1 in the morning on a thursday though because they're stupid when a show is near the end.

Web series would be fantastic though. Rather than full out episodes, they could make little shorts like Tall Tales and The Beginning. Just a few minutes long.

I watch Nick and Cartoon Network. I'd be fine with either. I love the idea of a web series, though.

Well I don't think so because Skylanders has practicly nothing to do with disney while on CN and nick those shows have caroons from different companys

disney need a show like that.

I want it to be on a free digital channel because I don't have Foxtel...
But I can easily see it going on Nickelodeon because they had the SSA tour.

Most likely title would end up being Skylanders: The Series. That way, they can continue the name well into Giants and any future games.

Well sorry I just thought of that and wanted to share it. EDIT: I read the rule and it only says that it's bad if you bump it for no reason.

I think it should be on teletoon as well, they have many of the same shows as cartoon network.

That's infuriating. If it cuts into MY Hart Saga, they are going to feel my Rath.

Nick would be good. The Hub would be fine too, though I think it's still a premium channel in a lot of markets and I don't know that Hasbro would be willing to have a show for toys from another company.

CN is about the worst possible choice. CN handles licensed properties horribly. Constantly changing timeslots, random months-long hiatuses, premature cancellations, etc. If it's not a CN original property, CN isn't a good destination.

Why would they do that? Unacceptable. I guess it's always about money. Also I know this is off-topic, but I might have actually watched that show if it didn't air at the exact same time as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

It would probably be on Nick. Perhapd Cartoon Network.

It would never be on The Hub. The Hub is only in the US. By putting it on there they are limiting the market. Shows that do make it off the Hub in to other countries but on different channels never go far due to bad management.

Probably Nickly Oxide. Along with the weird version of Battle Bears coming out on Nick.

I think a better question would be: "What ISN'T wrong with Level Up"?

...and to answer that I think it has some interesting monster ideas.
