Wii U multiplayer [CLOSED]

Anyone know if the Wii U version will have multiplayer? If so how does it work on the Wii U version?
Wii Remote/Pro controller/ Online etc

Same as other versions.
GamePad is not a Portal replacement even optionally, so it's safe to ASSUME you can choose between using GamePad/Wiichuck/Pro Controller as your remote.
We know you can at least control with the GamePad.
