Probably various ways OBVIOUSLY.
I can see Eruptor's Fire Breath being Hold Z, and I can see Cynder's attack being B in Flight(See: Spyro's Ground Pound).

well OBVIOUSLY NOT!!! they will have all the wow pows on the same button ( example: C ) beacuse it would be way too confuising to have 24 different ways to do a wow pow

The Wow Pow's are not a separate attack. smilie
They are simply a nice upgrade, which could be used in various ways.

Well, before the Giants webpage was changed it said that the S2 would be given a new upgrade, not a new attack. And you can see that in the Skylanders videos. Look at Slam Bam's video: You can see that his dash attack has been changed into a sleigh, but he is not given a new attack.
Sorry if my first post read as mean, I am a little tired and angry at the moment.

Well, what I mean to say, is that some get upgrades, and some get new powers. Like for instance, S2 smilie gets an upgrade. S2 smilie gets a new power. Also, hope you get a good rest.
