Well, I'll tell you the names: Bouncer, Crusher, Ignitor, Slam Bam, Trigger Happy, Swarm, Pop Fizz, Fright Rider, Chill, Whirlwind, Chop Chop, Shroomboom, Golden DragonFire cannon, Zook, Terrafin, LightCore Drobot, Lightcore Prism Break, Lightcore Eruptor --- Will still be checking the forums every now and then!

Lightcore Chill isnt Wave 1, since they made regular Chill the first wave, and yes, the legendaries will be available on day 1, except for Legendary LightCore Chill, along with Target exclusive Granite Crusher, TRU Exclusive L-Bouncer, and rumored Royal variants.
