It's obvious that they just slapped the sticker on it's packaging to make it look like it's exclusive to Walmart when Red Drilly is the Walmart exclusive Skylander

The base is correct for the walmart exclusive (there is a difference). Think he just went to walmart and decided to buy a roll of exclusive stickers? They are shipped to stores like that, they don't just have them laying around in stores. and if it where to be a fake, i would report it. I have gotten fake items on ebay before, and have always been refunded my money by paypal.

Look at the listing again. Look what it says for UPC. That's the wrong UPC. The UPC for Walmart Drill Sergeant was -

I wonder if there is a way to contact the buyer and let them know they got Evilbay'd?

If you were the buyer, I would be contacting the seller for a full refund asap. Use my pics if you have to, as evidence that you got Evilbay'd.

I've sold a lot of stuff on ebay, and to me it looks like the buyer didn't know what he had. The upc in the item description is part of the generic information they offer to put in your listing, they probably don't even have a specific item listing for the walmart exclusive. If this guy didn't know what he had was any different from what is in stores now he would just choose the generic information. only way to know the upc would be to get a pic from the seller.

I would ask for a pic, if you are the one buying it. If not, I hope the buyer gets the right one (UPC ending 841765), or he may have gotten evilbay'd.

Here's what one could do if they wanted to be shady.

Buy a normal Drill Sergeant. Buy a WERDS. Heat the sticker off of the WERDS and place on the normal Drill Sergeant. Take the WERDS back to the store and say it was the wrong gift and their store doesn't have the correct one. Get money back on WERDS. Sell Normal Drill Sergeant for double the cost. Any profit is better than no profit according to the good old greed-a-loxes of this country.

LOL! I know it sounds like I may be, but the thing is, people can and will do things like that for profit. It's a pathetic way to live life, but such is the nature of humanity. We will never be the sharpest tools in the shed.

I got one for $25 a couple months ago with correct UPC and all. Not nessicarily a fake.

You can't tell that it has been faked until you get the actual item. It doesn't look fake.

I've got a black-gear Drill Sergeant. I opened it and played with it. There was once a time when it really wasn't anything special.

Got less than 50 minutes left and zero bids so far and it comes with the WERDS (Walmart Exclusive Red Drill Sergeant) too. Not a bad price for both together.

The pics provided proove this is the real deal too. I have the Exclusive Drilly and can testify its genuine, the pics are pretty good on this one.
