Yeah, they really aren't supposed to. Keep that head up, though. If your local Best Buy is doing the demo event, go to it and see the new figures knowing there is only seven days left.

Even if it is just Tue 9th Oct there in the US, there is still more than 7 days to wait. It is 8 sleeps here in Oz and we are ahead of (collective) you (in so many way, grin!)

My local Best Buy is extremely secretive wth their shippments. I just asked if they have any in the back, or if i could see them, and they said no..

Surprised they didn't give you the typical lie, "we haven't received them yet." I like it when stores do that when you know good and well they actually have them weeks in advance.

I can't speak for all stores, but my supervisors actually instruct me NOT to tell what we have in the back in regards to streetdated items. If guests know we have inventory, they'll want to buy it or get their names on it.

Target showed me :3 Granite Crusher just says Crusher on the box, but it is in-game. My Target said they have 3-4 boxes of Granite Crushers, 6 boxes of Series 2, 5 boxes of New Characters, and 3-4 Boxes of Giants. Expect Target to get scalped ;3

Hate my local TRU cause when I asked if they had Skylanders Giants and if it's possible to see them they said that they haven't received them yet. So obviously they are nothing but ****ed up liars and they will all go to hell

Whoa! Calm it down a tad. Not every TRU has gotten Giants yet. My local store has only gotten the Starter Pack for the 360 in. They might not be lying to you. Its just plastic.

I went to JB Hifi today to check on the GITD Fright Rider situation and the person who went out the back to counted 24 of them for me yesterday confirmed today that they have had the stock for a few days now and it is explicitly marked as "Do not open until 19 Oct" It did not stop her from telling me, though.

She also reiterated what TRU told me weeks ago; she would break street date as soon as another company did.

Wowzer, thats a bit much don't you think? I mean its just toys from crying out loud. Thats no reason do say such things :/
Anyways, I've not checked on any Giants yet, cus theres really no need to do so, since they can't sell them to you right now anyways, its kinda pointless

I went to toysrus today but the lady did say they got their stock in today, but they aren't allowed to bring them out the 21st, nor can she show me She said select toysrus's are having a preview event only on the 19th where people can buy the game early, only from 10am-12PM the 19th only
