News on the super Slim PS3 with SG included [CLOSED]

The Family Gamer TV segment talked of two packs:

PS3 super Slim with magic book
PS3 super Slim with SG

I have found an online store which sells the former, but not the latter. Of course, it is the latter that I am interested in.

Has anyone found a store with an online presence allowing pre-order of these?

EDIT: To answer my own question, I found a UK resource but they only deliver within the UK.

Does anyone in the UK want a cheap PS3 console? All I ask is that you forward the Blue Tree Rex (and associated card, barcode, sticker) to me. Please PM me if interested.

Alternatively, I am still interested in other vendors.

EDIT2: I have renamed the thread title to be more generic as I also wish feedback on the potential vendor I did source.
