I cannot get my portal of power to work at all [CLOSED]

I've tried multiple accounts, disabling add ons, clearing my history/cache/etc, etc, and un-installing then re-installing, different browsers and I STILL can't get it to work. Also, the portal is glowing and all that so yeah, I have no idea what to do now.

I've had the same problem since Spring update and I can't fix it, so I would just advise giving up.

Well this sucks, since I've lost my codes for my Cynder, Whirlwind and Camo.

don't worry, universe doesn't even work for me and I have used my camo and warnado codes on there.

Has anyone had luck fixing this? My wii portal worked on the PC just fine, and suddenly it is no longer functional.

I tried restarting, switching browsers, clearing the cache, and other things. ANy ideas?

I run into this problem occasionally. Each time I've removed the portal software (add / remove programs) and re-installed from the original portal driver download file I got the first time playing. Always fixes the problem (for a short period of time).
