Kevin looked at Umbra and thought for a second
"Umbra, you should take one of the Assassin recruits for this...there's no one left in command around here so I'm going to stay here and keep things calm. You know Skyrim inside-out so you're perfect for this and you're a pretty good fighter so you can train the recruit....tell them everything you know."

[One of those recruits could be TheAceOfBreath? ;P And since this is a pretty pivotal point in the RP and you guys wanna get things going, and since I'm going to dad's for the next couple of days, I'll just make Kevin sit this one out ]

Umbra looked at Kevin. "Kevin, we have the best chance of finding him only if you come with me. I'm not going to bring some random person who may or may not get me killed."

Umbra had a point...and basically the entire Brotherhood didn't even know Ezio was missing, or that there was a traitor in the Brotherhood in the first place.
And Kevin liked the idea of being with Umbra for a while...

"Yea..sure..." Kevin said as he walked back to his quarters "we'll leave whenever you're ready..."

Kevin went into his room to pack some stuff for Skyrim.

Umbra cocked her head to the side and watched him leave. Back to Skyrim, she thought. Where it all began, and perhaps where it all may end... She then went on to prepare the supplies and horses for travel.

[So am I, til Kevin gets on. xD]

Kevin met Umbra outside the Assassins HQ with the horses ready for travel.
"Probably take a week to get to the Skyrim borders...then we have to go through the mountains and travel straight across the land to the north west? That's one hell of a journey"

[And now I'm off to sleep and then going to school tomorrow ahahah]

Umbra thought about it a moment. "That's the quicker route, perilous though it is," she said, then paused. "But we'd be less likely to get ambushed, also." She hauled herself up into the saddle. "Northwest it is. Let's ride."

Hooded woman suddenly walked in front of them, stopping them from beginning their travel.

"Oi, outta' the way, lady...or man....!" Kevin shouted, rearing up his horse.

[Now off to school ]

"Not unless I can come with you." Woman said, removing her hood, revealing herself to be Serana, daughter of Lord Harkon and Dalazer's stepsister.

Umbra growled, sounding neither Argonian nor human. "By the gods, what now?" She turned her horse sideways to get a good look at the woman. "Do I need to kill you now and be done with it or are you actually someone who will help?"

"I'm Serana, daughter of lord Harkon." she said, looking at Umbra. "You must be Umbra, the argonian turned human?"

Umbra's eyes narrowed. "Why do you need her?"

Kevin just stayed silent and watched the two Tamriel-people converse.

"As you may have heard, Dalazer is my stepbrother, but I am afraid he might have gone mad like father did." Serana said. "Also, I know the secret ways inside to the Castle Volkihar."

"You're a vampire?" Kevin asked.

"Indeed I am. You got problem with that?" Serana asked, giving bit annoyed look at Kevin.

"I dunno....well, not really actually, but vampires have been nothing but trouble in my life so far." Kevin replied hoping not to offend her.

Umbra simply stared at Serana, wary of her. "So what exactly do you want from us?"

She turned her head back at Umbra, ignoring Kevin's comment. "I want to help you stop Dalazer, but without killing him, he is like brother to me.Also, I freed your darling mentor, be happy of that."

"Oh great! No point going to Skyrim then!" Kevin said, but then what Serana said about Dalazer clicked in "Um...if you didn't notice we are Assassins, we kill people. I don't think stopping Dalazer without killing him would be possible..."

Umbra's heart leaped at the mention of Ezio being freed. No need to worry about him now, she thought. At Kevin's words, she said, "Even then, he's a vampire lord. There are no guarantees that he wouldn't be resurrected somehow." She turned to Serana, hesitating before saying, "I'm putting enough trust in you to allow you to accompany us. Betray that, and the cost is your life."

"Dalazer still has the Apple, and he is going to use it on Soul Cairn." Serana explained. "Engaging him on battle would be mistake, he is vampire lord, assassin and Nightingale, how do you expect to bring him down?"

"Ok well how do you expect us to stop him? Maybe you can reminisce with him about lovely family times and then stab him in the back."

Umbra had to give a small grin at Kevin's wit. Unwillingly she thought of the old Dragonborn prophecy, and how after banishing Alduin World-Eater she had been told her destiny had not yet been fulfilled, and recalled a prophecy about vampires and the eternal eclipse of the sun. She was sure it had something to do with Dalazer and Volkihar. Umbra grunted. "I am a Nightingale, and I dare to say that I am an Assassin too, considering the time spent with them. But I am not, nor will I ever be, a vampire, and to rival that power I must become something equally strong." She paused and glanced at both of them in turn. "Assuming I can trust you," she said with a pointed look at Serana, "here's the plan. Once in Skyrim our first stop is Whiterun." Back where it all started, she added silently. "I have some business to attend there, then it's straight on to the Castle."

Serana sighed, turning to look at Umbra. "As you wish."

(btw, I was thinking of taking Serana as second character for me, and also I was hoping for to get third character if that is alright?)
