THEY DO NOT EXIST and i know that i was talking about this on the giants page and i caused a bunch of arguments but people need 2 no its not real and they shouldnt get their hopes up. if anyone finds any REAL proof thats not the pictures on the game page post it here and i will admit they r real

those are pictures posted by activision, so if they are "fake" they were faked by there own company...

^ They aren't miss-colored but alternate color schemes purposely created (not miss-created). If you view Whirlwind's character, her artwork on the site is white instead of blue and this color scheme is also seen as an in-game screenshot when you view her image gallery. I'm sure if these were mistakes, they wouldn't make the same color scheme mistake twice with the same character and even miss other color scheme mistakes with the other characters. I'm sure that these were intentional and that we will learn more about these alternate color schemes when the game comes closer to launch.

they couldve been original designs that they were gonna used but they decided against it and forgot when they posted the pics on the site and the only 1 im not sure about is the whirlwind but thats like the coolest 1 anyways and i noticed the artwork so its the only 1 i think might exist but im still waitin 4 some real proof

The real proof IS the pics there. There's no evidence the other way.

This is kind of a silly discussion. Activision posted these pics of in game footage and general artwork of the characters. They know there is a hardcore fanbase and people will be pining over these thes econd they were released. In addition the fact thath they showed off Legendary Chill is a sign they wanted to show us we did not know everything yet. I don't believe a single person discovered her existence before the photo release.

We also know from the fiorst game some characters change in appearance with upgrades. Where it is safe to assume these are realin game pictures it is not known yet if they are alt skins related to upgrades are shots taken whle a character is using a power that may alter there appearnace.

In short they are obviously real but it is to early yo know what exactly they are other than that.

This is a stupid topic. Why would Activision get everyone's hopes up then crush them? There are a ton of obsessed fans out there.

You make a fine point, ItsJustMe. However, the only upgrade that I can remember that drastically changed one's color scheme is Prism Breaks. I doubt that they would reverse or completely change the colors just because of an upgrade.

I agree with this. However, that still counts as evidence of in game character evolution and this is a bigger game hence bigger changes. I do believe that these could be new figures (why not they purposely leaked legendary Chill), but its too early to be 100% sure. I also suspect that the alt images that we have seen of Ninjini and Crusher play on the how the scroll in the first game that talks about the Giants refers to light and dark powers. Hence the inclusion of light and dark skins. I personally think HotDog is just in midpower use in those shots. As far as Whirlwind I think we found a hint at a n in-game variant. The giants?

The bottomline is we still don't know what we are looking at yet, but it is confirmed to be in game.
