You might find them at Toysrus (I don't go there so I don't know), but I get mine from a shop called Toy Planet.

They aren't out in the US yet (they should be released by Nov. 7th) but when they are released in the US, you should be able to find them anywhere that sells toys or cards. I talked with my local card shop and they said that they can even order them for me so I can buy them in there if they don't get them in otherwise.
