- The Giants: I think they're a better than decent addition, they do look like they're gonna be the game in Easy Mode all the time, which is bad, but on the other hand, the fact they open up new areas to explore is excellent, because more places are always a good thing in Skylanders. I like all the Giants except Eye-Brawl from what we've seen.
- The new Skylanders: I think they're all really inventive this time. The only one I truly dislike is Flashwing and even she has her merits. A good chunk of the new batch have made it into my favorites.
- Quests: Yes, yes, YES. As long as these are actually things that take real time and effort to achieve even a few per character would help a lot of the replayability problems the game has.
- The Chapters: They look okay so far. At least, they look more interesting to explore, so even if they're still as easy, they're still better. The music for all of them is much, much better as well, infinitely so. I'm disappointed that the Adventure Pack levels are just going to be reskinned though and that we aren't gonna see new regions of them or something.
- The Difficulty Settings: As long as it genuinely makes the game harder. If it IS just enemies dealing more damage I will physically headdesk. The AI needs to be improved with higher levels as well, because it absolutely sucks as it is.
- The Series Two: I'm sort of indifferent to them, I'm not looking forward to paying for all of them again, but I guess they're kind of worth it somewhat, even if just to replay them, and a lot of them look much, much better as well.
I'm curious on everyone's opinions on the changes this game, what do you guys think of it?
