Yeah you know I've never really understood why. Its the same figure, just a small difference on the packaging (Very small) Just a small logo thats says where its an exclusive too....

I've had a single pack spyro for a few months now (When he was a exclusive at Tesco or something??? In the UK/Europe). And thats the only Mint/packaged Dark spyro I need (less he comes to the USA- then I'd get another, so I can get one without Dents :/).

Thats great the Australia is getting him now though. So kudos to you guys Better him than nothing right? I"m sure you'll get more variants later on. I mean there is Giants coming next month.

The dark Spyro doesn't have any special sticker or label- its just a plain dark Spyro box with a US peg holder. Pretty easy to get and the wait wasn't too long.
They also gave away a child's cap with zap on the front and a new stylus (Cynder, Eruptor and Terrafin) to everyone who had a go at the game.
Playable figures were only wave one characters but Tree Rex was the only giant.
I noticed some kids were being given NEW character boxes with their dark spyros- which included any of all wave one singles (not light core or giants) and I asked the gent who was guarding them what the deal was and he said that you needed a voucher from some event that happened in Sydney a few weeks ago and they were only given to LITTLE KIDS. He was quite rude actually, so I left hanging my head

Would the Cynder Stylus be available for the USA?
