Not quite sure why its so cold and mean in this thread. Not everyone is a regular poster and is keeping up to date.

Activision announced early on that only certain figures (3 of each type) would get reposes. The majority of those not getting reposes were late releases in the series and the company may have decided not to bother. All 8 of these figures are still playable in the new game and will level up to 15 but will not have access to their WowPow or possible other new figures unique to the new characters.

Ther identites of the missing 8 have been honored in my signature for several months.

It could be easy to assume he thought that the poster was a collection of all skylanders, despite the game they are in.

I'm guessing that when the third game comes out, the new characters from Giants and the characters from the original game that didn't get series 2 figures will probably all get series 2 figures. As for right now though, you're stuck with the series 1 versions.

We will know when people get a crack at the coding for giants but I suspect that these eight characters have WowPows built in the game indicating that the series 2 versions will come out at some point.

Would it not be horrible if we discovered that these eight were Frito Lay exclusives next summer

Basically the poster that has been shown only has new figures and/or reposes; 1 skylander for each element in SSA did not get a repose; those being:
Wham Shell- eh I'm ok with it
Warnado- WHY?!?!?!
Sunburn- nooo
Voodood- nooo
Dino Rang- nooo
Boomer- thank you!
Ghost Roaster- thank you!
Camo- WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?HI?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?.......!
