i was looking online and i saw that the portal owners pack only has 1 skylander. and the starter pack has 3. i thought they were going to be the same except one didnt have a portal?

if this is old news sorry i read a lot of pages from the "what we know" thread and didnt see anything.
(so buy the 3ds starter pack to get red popfiz, and then get the xbox 360 portal owners pack so i only end up with 2 tree rexes?)

no they changed it the portal owners is only getting the game and the giant
the newbie pack is getting it all

is there any word on if anyplace in the US is getting the glow in the dark cynder pack?

It is truly a nuisance but the consensus seems to be that the 10-15 monetary units between the two justifies the extra two figs.

If you get the XBox owner pack, you will miss out on Jet Vac?

My personal plan is this:

Buy 3DS and XBox starter pack.
Sell 3DS pack, sans Pop Fizz, at a reasonable price.

I also have the XBox glow variant on order from UK.
When that arrives, sell orig XBox pack, sans normal Cynder, at a reasonable price.

I will then have all current possible variants without any superfluous items.
