New Skylanders release date? [CLOSED]

Last year I was able to buy skylanders before the game even came out. Will they release them like that this time or is everyone expecting it to be the same as the release date? I have a feeling it will be harder to get figures this time than last. Much much more difficult.

wholesaler has confirmed to me that they will be available on the release day and not before

Be nice if the retail employees that snatch them up early and post them on eBay for profit would get fined. Activisiom should buy them and scan them to see which store released them early and make them pay a hefty fine to put an end to that. Its so annoying when you can't buy figures BC people want to make some money. I expect supplies to.be as low as last year, leaving us all struggling to find them.
