Will the LightCore figures have different powers? Will they get the WowPow?

LightCore's have Wow Pow powers (Because technically they are series 2) and the only difference in game is higher brightness.

The LightCores are not Series 2 characters. They are a whole different group. I think they won't be getting Wow Pows. They just light up in the game and on the portal.

Well if LCs get the WowPow and they light up wouldn't it make the most sense just to buy them?

I remember watching in a Skylander Giants walk-through that when you put a LC character on the portal, they damage enemies around them when they appear.

Wow, from what people say...these LC- Figures seem pretty awesome. Course, I like things the glow and light up anyways so regardless if they were doing anything different or not, I'da still bought them anyways smilie

Preety much cuz the eruptor lightcore pose is WAY better than the series to pose. But prism breaks series two pose is preety cool. It all depeneds on if u want to collect all or just get a few

It hasn't been officially stated, but all suggestions indicate the characters will be identical to the Series 2 version apart from the pose, glowing on the portal and glowing in the game. So I would expect them to have Wow Pows and anything else the Series 2 version has.

Why is there a perception that S2 is mutually exclusive to LC?

I would surmise that LC is merely a subset of S2?

Anyway no news on the Pow Wow for them, however, it is confirmed they will not work for Adventure.

Interestingly on their Singles it only says LightCore, and not Series Two. So I'm GUESSING either they don't get the Pow Wow or every new figure gets one, including new characters and Giants.



I think every skylander gets a wow pow because I have saw tree rex with 4 diffent moves
(melelee charge lasor and stomping the ground)

If I read the page corectly, series 2 re-moded skylander figures will get a new "wow pow" power, but the light cores skylanders gets a different power up ( also they only work in giants, from what I can see)

This is what we know about LC so far...

Giants all have LC technology
LC do not work in S:SA
LC Glow when near or on the portal of power
LC does not require extra batteries
LC enter the game with a 'light-power entrance' that causes major damage to enemies around them
LC shine in the game
Prism Break, Hex, Drobot, Eruptor, Jet-Vac, Shroomboom, Chill and Pop Fizz all have LC figures/versions

*It is possible that they will have extra strength in their stats.

Lightcores have a light attack when put on the portal of power A.K.A lightcore blast.Not many people know this but they don't have a WOW POW.
