What do u think of them I can't try mine till morning at work man but what are they like?

Their just like Sparx Magic Item, but hang around till you take them off the portal. They jump and RARELY or never attack. This is coming from the video I have seen. I expect my terrabite sometime later

They don't do anything as far as I can tell. I was playing Kaos' Lair and in the beginning of the level when you have to face the little mini..fire..mote things, it just stood there. and watched me suffer

They are for display, and for the kids to play with the physical toy.

they do nothing useful. in the game they just run around you, never attacking, never doing anything but following you.

For some reason when I see the sidekicks, I think of the alien plushies from Toy Story.

they look cute and I want them really bad I don't care if someone goes to me: "yeah, better save your money, just because they don't do anything!" sorry, but I still like them no matter what.

If they got a wide store release I would adore them and buy all four but as-is, no.

well as a collector.. you have to have the sidekicks.. if you have everything else.. having the sidekicks complete the skylanders spyros adventure set. there are no more toys that are possible to release for SSA.

so once you have all that, you are complete, note i didnt include variants cause they arent any different in game.

In my eyes, there are only 32 characters. Dark Spyro, legendaries and sidekicks really aren't part of the "main set". They're just extras that only the 3DS version considers to be important. Dark Spyro is drastically different than regular spyro in the 3DS game as he plays completely differently, but the figure is still just a re-colour.
