I lost some of my codes. So, I went to the game to find them in the select menu of the chosen skylander. All the codes were 9-digits! So I tried putting the dash in every space possible, nothing worked. So, I figured it was time to install the portal driver, so I did. Then, when i plugged my Xbox portal into my USB port, it said it wasn't connected so I tried a different port and refreshing the page, and still the same result. What do I do?
