I think Jet-Vac and Gill Grunt because they both have a jet-pack and there guns are somewhat the same.

Ignitor and Camo.

Ignitor has no counters in general apart from Water Skylanders, which Camo can then get rid of while healing both. Ignitor is free to deal with Undead Skylanders which are strong against Camo as none are solid counters against him.

I'm gonna go with Drill Sergent and Gill Grunt. Military theme and the sarge would be able to disrupt people enough for grunt to lay down an uncontested spray of fillet.

Their nick name could be "Armed Forces"

Whirlwind and Ignitor. Ignitor deals quite a bit of damage yet doesn't have the greatest health amount. Whirlwind heals Ignitor while he's attacking.

Team "Mentally Challenged"

legendary trigger happy and trigger happy, different paths.
trigger happy charges yamato while L covers for him, he has the coin path as he attacks more, taking advantage of the stat boost.

chopchop spams sword and spike attacks while ignitor charges his sword

stealth elf and flameslinger, pyromancer and (i dunno)
stealth elf is offense close ranged while flame slinger switches from far range to close range (pyro attacks).

Erupt-or And Terra-fin

Why: Because They are the big daddy's of S:SA and terrafin uses his sand hog and eruptor uses his eruption

Fright rider + hex would be quite good by the looks of it or hex + dino-rang ( i know from experience tht they are both good team mates for each other)

spyro+bash spyro on his horn path and bash on his tail path spyro stun while bash hits
and chop chop and chill

I would say Terrafin and Jet Vac. One has long range and the other has close range.

I admit that some of my favourites are:

Regular
Jet-Vac, Shroomboom, Chop Chop,

Giants
Crusher, Eye Brawl

So any combination of these really, my favourite combinations would be:

Jet-Vac + Gill Grunt
Jet-Vac + Crusher
Shroomboom + Chop Chop
Chop Chop + Crusher
