Help files...not getting it [CLOSED]

Basically, you'll need to have signed up on a image uploading website (I recommend Photobucket, although I believe imgur or tinypic you don't have to sign up or anything)

Then, all you do is copy paste the url that's given to you there. Usually there's one that has the [User Posted Image] tags on it already, but if not, simply copy the url, and add those on the ends of it.
