This one was a pain point for me as well so took me quite a few goes to get at a "reasonable" price.

I actually used to have the opposite issue where I would bid too late and it wouldn't go on. I avoid that by bidding at about 8 seconds now. Good luck.

I am one of those snipers. In fact I sniped my crystal clear wham shell on june 27th. Hope it wasn't you I ganked it from. What I like to do is throw in a bid about 30 dollars higher than the current bid at about the 25 second mark. Then I will quickly re-enter a bid 20 or so dollars above that and take it to the final confirmation screen and watch to see if I get outbid. It has worked well. I snagged my clear wham shell for 202 dollars.. Hope you get yours soon. Goodluck.

My collection is nearly complete. I need single pack clear stealth elf and single pack silver dino rang along with dino rang triple pack. I am counting the three pack variants as part of a complete set. I have crystal stealth elf in a triple pack. Just not in a single. I just snagged gold flameslinger triple pack last night for 125.

I will start working on set number two after I get single pack crystal stealth elf and the two dino rang single pack and triple pack. Already have a second pearl hex metallic cynder and chrome spyro.

I don't really mind other people sniping - I've done enough of it in my time - it's just frustraing that's all... I WILL get one eventually, but I don't want to pay stupid money.

How much are you looking to spend? I think around 200 is acceptable for that figure. If you look at the recently completed listings for crystal clear wham shell you see it's been going between 150 and 200. I spent on the high end of that but I am okay with that.

I got really stupid with my silver eruptor. I need to buy a few more at much lower prices to cost average down. Then I will most likely sell one or two back. haven't decided yet. Anyways good luck at picking up your crystal wham shell looks like your best bet right now is 2 days away. It's sitting at 102 dollars with 5 dollars for shipping.

I try not to run up the prices too long before the end of the auction. Just let whoever has the high bid right now sit on it and feel all warm and fuzzy about it. Then swoop in with 25 seconds left and gank it.

Well, I finally got one this morning for about £90 so I'm pleased...
