Hey everybody i love skylanders to death but the one thing i can't understand is when you get all 32 or 37 skylanders you would think it's done but why do they have to remodel the toys again, sure it's one thing when you can't find the skylander you were looking for like ex. sonic boom but why couldn't they released 20 new ones but continued the old series instead of ending the series. Reply your thoughts.

Well, I think they obviously wanted more money. What they probably wanted to do was make it so that people who decided to skip the original game could jump in with Giants. (As evident by the 2 different starter packs) Of course, they'd want some way for these new people to play with the old characters, and rather than have them as the old ones, they wanted to give them new upgrades.
And it probably landslided into being an entirely new wave. "Series 2" which all have special powers (Although probably not really anything too powerful) They probably didn't also want to overwhelm everyone with having 20 new figures too. Basically, they're believing that the people who have the old game (And the original 32/37) will want to buy the 8 new figures, while the people who are just beginning will want to buy those 8 new ones as well, but have access to the originals. Remodels are basically there for hardcore collectors.
